What files can I send?
PDF, DOCX, and XLSX files up to 25 MB each: one request/specification and 2–10 proposals.
What happens to my files?
Files stay private, are used only to prepare your comparison, are never used to train models, and are deleted after 30 days.
What if the package cannot be reviewed?
We refund packages BrightBid cannot process. You can also request a full refund before review starts.
How is this different from a GC suite?
BrightBid stops at the comparison pack. Products such as ClearBids also offer broader project-management and field workflows.
